Return & Exchange

PROSTEEL supports a 90-day return & exchange policy. Most items sold on PROSTEEL may be returned within 90 days after the date of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Do not mail returns to our original shipping address.​​ The correct return address will be provided via email after your return request is approved.
  • For non-quality issues,​​ customers are responsible for return shipping costs .

Order Cancellation

All items will be sent into production 2 hours after we receive payment.

  • Within 2 hours after submitting the order: Free cancellation or modification
  • More than 2 hours after submitting the order: The order is put into production.

We accept order cancellation requests before the item is  produced. Please note that you cannot cancel or change your purchase once we ship your order.

FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy

The following reasons are covered by our 90-day full coverage return/exchange policy (ChainsHouse covers return shipping and replacement costs):

  • You received the wrong order or item(s)
  • You received broken items or defective products (exchange for same product or item of equal/lesser value)
  • Unclear pictures rendering or lettering
  • Wrong or mismatched size

NO Return/Exchange Policy

The following items ​cannot​ be returned or exchanged:

  • Products damaged by corrosive liquids (bathing, swimming, seawater, hot springs, etc.)
  • Products damaged due to incorrect use or maintenance
  • Silver items with natural oxidation (can be cleaned with included polishing cloth)
  • Modified, engraved, or resized items
  • Personalized products without quality issues
  • Returns due to personal taste or change of mind
  • Any orders received after 90 days from delivery date

Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact customer service​ to request a return. We will respond within 3 business days with instructions ​and the correct return address.

  2. Quality issues:​​ Provide your order number and clear photos of the problem.

  3. Return within 15 days​ of approval. Items must be in original condition (including gifts).

  4. For exchanges:​​ We will ship replacements within 3 business days after receiving your return.

  5. Provide tracking number​ when returning items.

Refunds

  • Refund processing begins after we receive and inspect your return (within 3 business days)
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method ​within 7 business days​ (may take 3-5 additional days for bank processing)
  • If original payment method is unavailable, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer

Lost/Delayed Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If still unresolved, email us at support@prosteel.com
